Enico’s maintenance service is a comprehensive package of spare parts, on-site operations, and on-call expert support related to the delivered energy storage system, ensuring system availability throughout the product’s entire lifecycle.
Customers can choose this proactive maintenance and long-term solution for up to 10 years, tailored to their desired scope. The contract includes various annual maintenance tasks, including major system updates every five years to keep the systems up to date. Contract customers also receive discounts on spare parts pricing.
