Sales Manager

As our Sales Manager, you will join our strong growth and development! In this role, you will take charge of the domestic market together with our Sales Director. Your responsibilities include setting milestones, creating contacts, networking, and sharing information. You will manage the entire sales pipeline from initial customer contact to project planning and closing deals. You will discuss leading market solutions with, for example, property owners and managers, industrial companies, energy companies, and investor representatives. The sales targets for the role are set to be realistically ambitious. Later, your work may also take on a more international perspective.


Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the ability to manage large entities and be ready to dive into the deep end. Your background could be, for example, in electrical networks, property development, or the energy sector (especially solar projects). You will also have a good grasp of the role if you have experience in project sales of industrial products. Understanding financial solutions, electrical networks, electricity markets, and especially energy storage will be considered an advantage.


It is important to us that you are excited and passionate about future energy solutions and want to share them contagiously and passionately! Systematicity and perseverance will help you build functional and successful sales pipelines. You are an independent solution designer and implementer who can work within agreed schedules and budget goals. You will naturally receive internal sparring on the technical side from sales support and marketing, as well as from our product development, project managers, design, and production. As a person, you enjoy social situations with a twinkle in your eye.

Additionally, successful performance in the role requires a willingness to travel. We have flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work to balance office days. The position requires fluent Finnish and English skills.
